RIVINNOV + OMICRON · Design house & electronics manufacturing

EMS Engineering House: industrial prototypes, electronic boards and embedded systems.

RIVINNOV and OMICRON help companies move from engineering prototype to industrial production: reverse engineering, proof of concept, testing and industrialization of your electronic systems, with no bottleneck between design house and manufacturing.

Based in Claret, near Montpellier (Hérault, Occitanie, France) — projects handled across France and in English.

The four RIVINNOV and OMICRON leaders together

Two areas of expertise. One continuous project.

The partnership was built to avoid the handoff between disconnected suppliers. Technical, industrial and regulatory decisions move forward together from day one.

RIVINNOV

Co-development, embedded electronics and software, rapid prototyping, Edge AI, mechanics and custom 3D printing.

OMICRON

Industrialization, sourcing, PCB manufacturing and assembly, testing, logistics, compliance and long-term support.

The result: shorter time to market, complete technological control and a product designed for series production.

They trust us.

The team explains the partnership.

The RIVINNOV and OMICRON leaders present the goal of the partnership: one continuous, fully French value chain from prototype to series production.

Industrialization starts with the first prototype.

Every design decision anticipates manufacturing, cost, testing and compliance. You avoid a full redesign when production begins.

01

Long-life components

Lifecycle checks and fallback references for critical parts.

02

Manufacturable from day one

Assembly rules and DFM review built into the first prototype.

03

Testing & compliance anticipated

Test points, end-of-line procedures and EMC risks planned into the design.

From concept to physical prototype, one team.

This realization illustrates the continuity behind the partnership: bringing mechanics, electronics, software and manufacturing together to test an idea in the real world, then prepare it to scale.

What manufacturers ask us.

Can you take over an existing electronic board?

Yes. We reverse engineer boards with incomplete documentation or obsolete components, then redesign them to be manufacturable and long-lived.

Which production volumes do you handle?

From a single unit and engineering prototypes to pilot runs and recurring series, with sourcing, PCB assembly, testing and logistics at OMICRON.

What are the typical lead times?

A feasibility scoping takes a few days. A functional prototype usually lands between a few weeks and a few months depending on complexity and required testing.

How is my project kept confidential?

An NDA is signed before technical discussions. Your data, schematics and sources remain yours, and decisions are tracked at every milestone.

Where are you located?

In France: design and prototyping at RIVINNOV, industrialization and manufacturing at OMICRON in Claret (Occitanie). The value chain stays French.

Do you work in regulated sectors?

Yes: medical (ISO 13485:2016), aerospace, defense and industry, with ISO 9001:2015 and CID / CID+ certified engineers.

Let’s build the path to production.

Share your need with one team able to design, validate, industrialize and manufacture it.
